FAQ for Exhibitors

Potential exhibitors are required to send an official inquiry to the Organizer via the contact form. The Organizer will respond, subject to availability, with detailed instructions for completing the application form. Once the application is processed and payment is received, your exhibition space reservation becomes official.

Private events (presentations, receptions, business meetings, etc.) can be organized with prior approval from the organizer. You can send your inquiry to: info@bbs.com.hr

To participate in the congress part of the fair, please send your proposed topic to: info@bbs.com.hr

The official opening hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, except on the last day (Sunday), when it ends at 6:00 PM.

Entrance is at the north side of Marina Kornati by the main reception, and on the west side near the ferry dock.

Setup is possible several days before the fair, in agreement with the Organizer.

Business daily tickets can be ordered as part of the Exhibitor Application Form. Tickets will be issued in line with the official fair policy, provided payment has been received based on the Organizer’s offer.
Additional tickets not ordered through the application form can only be purchased via Entrio.hr or at the Marina Kornati North reception desk.

Accreditations are collected at the north reception of Marina Kornati.

Several outlets are available: the marina restaurant (north), food & drink at the pontoon bridge and in Hall B (west).

Parking inside the marina is not possible. Use public city parking.

Allowed during setup/dismantling, no later than 24h before opening.

Each exhibitor gets 2 free accreditations + 1 for: each tent, berth, 10 m² covered, or 25 m² outdoor space.
