Make networking easier, save time and get more from your visit by following these 10 simple steps.

  1. LOG IN
    Access the app using the login details sent to your email.

  2. COMPLETE YOUR PROFILE
    Add your personal and company information, photo and matchmaking tags. Clearly explain what your company offers and what you are looking for.
    A complete profile makes it easier for relevant business partners to find you and increases your chances of receiving meeting requests.

  3. BROWSE ATTENDEES
    Browse companies and people you would like to meet.

    - If you are attending the Croatia Charter Expo, you can switch between Croatia Charter Expo and Biograd Boat Show in the app MENU. Select Croatia Charter Expo to browse CCE participants, or switch to Biograd Boat Show to browse BBS companies and business visitors.
    - If you are registered for the Biograd Boat Show only, you will not be able to browse Croatia Charter Expo participants. However, CCE participants will be able to find you and send you a meeting request.

  4. SEND MEETING REQUESTS
    Found someone you want to meet? Send a meeting request directly through the app.
    Biograd Boat Show covers more than 65,000 m², so check meeting locations and try to group your meetings by area. You will save time and a considerable amount of walking.

  5. BUILD YOUR MEETING SCHEDULE
    Each meeting lasts 30 minutes. Your confirmed meetings, times and locations are available directly in the app. You can also export your meeting schedule to Excel.

  6. BLOCK YOUR UNAVAILABLE TIME
    Don’t forget to leave time for lunch, events and other commitments.
    Simply block the time slots when you are unavailable. Other participants will not be able to request meetings with you during those periods.

  7. USE THE IN-APP CHAT
    Use the chat to contact potential business partners directly.
    It is perfect for quick questions, meeting details or getting in touch before and during the event.

  8. SWIPE TO MATCH
    Use Swipe to Match to discover potential business partners based on shared interests and matchmaking tags. It is a quick way to find relevant contacts you might otherwise miss.

  9. USE THE SOCIAL WALL
    Use the Social Wall to tell other participants what you are looking for and what your company offers. A short post can increase your visibility and help the right business partners find you.

  10. CHANGE OR CANCEL A MEETING
    Plans change. You can easily reschedule or cancel a meeting directly in the app.
    If you cancel, we recommend sending a short chat message to the other participant.

  11. IF YOUR MEETING REQUEST IS DECLINED
    Don’t take it personally. Participants are encouraged to accept meetings that are relevant to their business and decline those that are not. This helps everyone use their time efficiently and focus on the most relevant business contacts. 

  12. STAY UPDATED
    Receive meeting reminders and important event updates directly through the app.
