Exhibitor Terms and Conditions – Biograd Boat Show

To ensure a high-quality event and the best possible experience for all participants, we kindly ask all exhibitors to familiarize themselves with the following terms and conditions.

1. Application and Booth Reservation

  • Potential exhibitors are required to send an official inquiry to the Organizer via the contact form. The Organizer will respond, subject to availability, with detailed instructions for completing the application form.

  • Once the application is processed and payment is received, your exhibition space reservation becomes official.
  • Exhibitors may choose between indoor, outdoor, or pontoon exhibition space (subject to availability).
  • Booth allocation is determined by the organizer, taking into account prior reservations and technical requirements.

2. Pricing and Payment Terms

  • Exhibition space pricing is defined as stated in the official price list.
  • In the event of cancellation after the agreed deadline, the organizer reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee in accordance with the terms of the agreement.

3. Booth Setup and Equipment

  • Exhibitors are responsible for setting up and equipping their space in accordance with the show’s rules.
  • All materials and structures must be safe, aesthetically acceptable, and compliant with the technical standards of the show.
  • Setup and dismantling of exhibits are only permitted within the designated timeframes.

4. Technical Requirements and Safety

  • Vessels and other exhibits must be technically sound and properly insured.
  • Exhibitors are required to comply with all safety instructions and rules of conduct within the show premises.

5. Promotion and Additional Services

  • The organizer provides promotion of the show through media, the official catalog, social media, and other channels.
  • Exhibitors may request additional promotional opportunities (advertisements, presentations, sponsorships) subject to prior agreement with the organizer.

6. General Provisions

  • The show will be held regardless of weather conditions.
  • The organizer assumes no responsibility for loss or damage to exhibits.
  • By participating in the show, the exhibitor agrees to all general terms and conditions of the event.
